Medium- and high-voltage power distribution cabinets are an important part of our product portfolio. Featuring KYN28A-12 indoor metal-clad withdrawable switchgear, these cabinets have a rated voltage of 3.6kV to 12kV, with a vacuum circuit breaker located in the center. This means that the circuit breaker is placed in the middle part of the front cabinet, allowing the saved lower space to be used for other purposes, or as a cable vault. These cabinets can serve as feeder cabinets, load side cabinets, sectionalizing cabinets, or potential transformer (PT) cabinets.

1. The cabinet body is made of aluminum coated zinc plates bolted together after multiple folding processes with CNC machine tools. The electrostatic spray on the surface offers strong corrosion- and oxidation-resistance. The cabinet structure has a mechanical strength greater than equivalent steel plates.
2. All operations are conducted with the cabinet door closed.
3. Ahigh IP rating prevents the entry of debris and vermin.
4. Simple circuit breaker replacement and good interchangeability by using a handcart;
5. The cabinet can be installed against a wall and allow front maintenance to reduce its footprint;
6. The ample space within the cable vault allows the connection of multiple cables;
7. The circuit breaker chamber and cable vault can be installed with a separate heater to prevent condensation and warping; lighting devices can also be installed as required by customers to facilitate commissioning and maintenance;
8. This switchgear cabinet is compliant with the requirements of GB3906 and IEC298 standards. It has been designed with five key safety functions: circuit breaker mis-operation prevention, circuit breaker pullout prevention under load conditions, earthing switch closing prevention when the line is energized, circuit breaker close prevention when the earthing switching is closed, and prevention of accidentally touching live compartments.
9. Acomprehensive SEL protective relay is used. Vacuum circuit breaker options are high-voltage handcart circuit breakers from Schneider Electric, ABB and Siemens.
