System Introduction

With the goal of "safety, efficiency and environmental-friendliness", the Intelligent Mine can have a more comprehensive, accurate, real-time perception of people, things and environmental information through the combined use of various sensing technologies. Network, communication, integration and other modern technologies are utilized to achieve an exchange of information between people, between people and things, and between things. Horizontal integration and vertical interoperability between systems, data mining, knowledge discovery, expert system and other artificial intelligence technologies are used to achieve decision support in production scheduling and command, resource prediction, safety warning and emergency handling. In terms of control technology, this platform covers transition from manual intervention and manned attendance to automatic control and unmanned operation. In safety management, it covers transition from passive post-response management to active preventive warning and preventive control. In terms of decision support, it can move from experience based decision making to intelligent data based decision making.

Based on a set of standard systems and business practices, the Intelligent Mine (Mining SCADA) creates a comprehensive perception network and a high-speed data transmission channel, forms a big data application center, develops a business cloud service platform, and realizes on-demand services for different business divisions. Based on the concept of "one set of rules, one chart, one table", the relevant information can be displayed on multiple terminals (e.g., large DLP screen, PC terminal, intelligent terminal, underground equipment). The system features a hierarchical design, while the overall technical architecture of the Intelligent Mine platform can be divided into the equipment layer, the transmission layer, the service layer and the application layer.

System Examples

Technical Characteristics
Full digital transmission
Fully digital transmission: the sensor supports digital transmission to the remote station via RS-485, CAN and other fieldbus protocols as well as wireless communication. Data transmission from the remote station to the backbone network supports RS-485, CAN, RJ45 and fiber optic interfaces.
intelligent system
Based on full-process information fusion, the intelligent system combines dynamic demand prediction, accurate production planning, adaptive control, real-time information feedback, full personnel tracking and intelligent analysis. This can help ensure on-demand production, efficient operations and unmanned operation in the mine.
Smart Mine Indicator System
A series of integrated standards and specifications are formed, along with an intelligent mine performance index (PI) system, enabling the synergistic management of the entire mine centered on a set of indicators based on "one map and one table".
Precise analysis of key information
Data analysis and early warning: The system automatically calculates the number and duration of alarms, power outages, failures, and other anomalies, analyzes the year-on-year and month-on-month rise and fall trends, and creates different charts. Relevant information can be accessed and analyzed according to equipment, number and duration of anomalies, while the real-time sampled data for the relevant anomaly periods can be accessed to achieve accurate analysis of key information.
System scanning self-test
System scan self-test: The system provides a self-test function according to the sensor installation and configuration, alarm and outage settings, control and feed relationship, calibration standards, real-time alarms, sudden data change, active/standby state, system space and other aspects, for easy management and use by the mine operator.
Multi-system integration and linkage control
Multi-system integration and linkage control dynamically link the information from security, personnel, broadcasting, water pumps, conveyor belts, power system, video surveillance and other systems.
Synthesize a graphic to show
Using the B/S model and GIS technology, an integrated 3-D mine monitoring map displays the real-time data and trend of mine production in the form of charts or curves.
Support for mobile APP applications
Mobile APP supported. Developed in hybrid (native +H5) mode, the mobile APP includes functions such as safety briefings, real-time monitoring, alarm push, chart query, event notification, automatic scan to obtain information about key areas and emergencies in real time, improving safety management and control capabilities.
