Product Introduction

The Flame-proof and Intrinsically-safe Dual Power Supply Dual Frequency Regulator for Ventilator Fans is a new fully-automatic gas discharge device developed using advanced frequency conversion technology. It features fuzzy control logic technology and superconducting heat pipe diffusing technology. This product is used to drive ventilation booster fans at the strategic locations of coal mines to discharge gas and polluted air, and thus ensuring safe, efficient, automatic and rapid gas discharge by intelligent adjustment of airstream.

It can fundamentally avoid the possibility of gas concentration over-limit accidents caused by the traditional “constant air flow” methodology, and completely eliminate gas explosion accidents. Under normal ventilation conditions, the air volume of the ventilation booster fan can also be adjusted based on gas concentration to improve the working environment at the drilling faces and longwall panels, maintain a continuous air supply, ensure safety, and achieve significant energy conservation.

The use of copper heat pipe technology to create removable cooling modules, together with specially designed air ducts for self-cooling and forced air cooling options, provides excellent solution for converter heat dissipation.
